Place Order

Seems like the most recent Woocommerce update has upset the payment process in Express.
Previously when the payment details were entered ( either by bank card or PayPal) the system immediately processed the payment and issued an order confirmation.
Now, there are 2 extra steps with a big delay. The first extra step appears after a 5 second delay asking for order confirmation and next asks for “Place Order”.The delay and the extra steps confuses buyers and they quit before “Placing Order”

How can this be rectified?
