is your PayPal Plus account already approved by PayPal? Do you using any Plugins like table rate shipping, germanized etc. If yes please deactivate these and try it again. The best would be you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and PayPal Plus. Please make sure to test it with the sandbox only.

please check your sandbox credentials. It seems they are wrong. Please note: you have to enter different IDs there and not your Live IDs. Also please you a SSL certificate. Can you please fill up this form https://inpsyde.com/paypal-plus-fuer-woocommerce-support-formular/

Thank you so much. now sandbox api is working. i have another problem.if billing form fields autofill then buy now not working and it was redirect to my site page and placed order with outstanding payments status.I fill manually billing forms feilds it was working and redirect to paypal gateway.is it compulsory to fill billing forms manually before buy now with paypal plus gateway.

i am using sandbox accounts for testing.order was placed with cancelled status.can you tell me what is issue.

city, address or postal code are required fields because PayPal Plus tries to verify it.

you can’t autofill the form. You need to have ALL fields filled out. PayPal Plus will check this. no matter if in the sandbox or live account. PayPal is verifying when you will be redirect to PayPal Plus. It might work with the normal PayPal but not with PayPal Plus.

but i have placed one order successfully from site and i want to place another order from site that time my billing info auto fill to forms that autofill feilds not working when i click on buy now button.if i retype address or city or postal code then buy now working.

our PayPal Plus plugin does not fill out the form on checkout. This might be a wordpress behavior. You need to check what plugin fill up to form by auto.
