Place Login using php button code into sidebar

Hello –
I have the Place Login plug in installed v.0.1.1.
The widget form is too big of an area for my page so I’d like to use the PHP button code but I’d like to put it into my sidebar using a text widget. However, text widgets only use html, not php. I’ve used a php to html converter, but the button doesn’t appear, only the html text on the website page. Is there a way to convert the php button code to html so that I can place it in my sidebar? I’d rather just have a button that when pressed opens to the nice login form. This will use up less room on my sidebar. Thanks much for any help.
