Place holder text in checkout fields

Think I’m going crazy, could have sworn there was a place somewhere in the new WooCommerce 2.3 beta/rc settings where you could change the Place Holder text in the checkout fields, instead of having to do it by settings in functions.php.
Can someone please tell me how to find this setting again.
