Pixo plugin menu links broken after moving wp installation

I am using Pixomenu plugin for my main menu. I just migrated my WP install to a new directory and made the necessary changes to update my site URI. I updated permalinks as well. I am relatively certain that everything was working OK until I got to the point where I changed the .htaccess file and robots.txt file besed on feedback from some google seo tools. After I did that, all the Pixo menu items display like this
https://MYDOMAIN.com/####”https://MYDOMAIN.com/####” all the other links in posts and pages work OK. I have restored the .htaccess file to a previous version and modified to take into account the new folder. I am going insane trying to fix this. I am leaving town tomorrow for a week and it must be running by the time I go. I have been looking at this so long my eyes are crossed. HELP!!!!
