PixGridder Columns Not Working Correctly

I use PixGridder because I think it;s the best grid composer and very user-friendly for non-tech savvy people to use. However, I am running into an issue with a website I am working on regarding this plugin.
When creating multiple columns, the columns space out and go into full-width rows instead of columns inside of a row. When inspecting the source code you can see that the code is being injected correctly, but it looks like some CSS is not being applied. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and disabled other ones to see if there was conflict but I am having no luck.
