    Hi Manuel,

I’m sorry to tell you that PixGridder has disappeared from the page editor for my front cover. If I open a new page the PixGridder is available. Looks like it is only broken in the editor for the front cover page. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-ykbdHBUu8KT0EtYzhqX0IybjA/edit

I opened the editor with Chrome, Mozilla and Safari and don’t work in any of the browsers. Also, I disabled all my plugins, but the issue was still there.

Looks like the issue only happens in the PixGridder with a lot of content.

Is there a way to solve this, or at least recover all the information in the page, and make a new one? ??

    Cheers,

    Daniel Rodriguez

Sorry, not sure to understand whether there’s a problem ?? I release an update of PixGridder because of the recent update of WP so issues are possible. Let me know. Manuel ??

    Hi Manuel,

If you see the picture in this link, you can see that the PixGridder builder is not showing up in the page builder. Neither the preview tab.

I just bought PixGridder Pro, but the problem is still there. The page builder is not showing up in any page editor.

    Cheers,

    Daniel Rodriguez.

Hi Daniel, could you tell me what version of WordPress and of PixGridder you are running please?

However everything works fine on my end, both with PG 2.0.4 + WP 3.9.2 and PG 2.0.4 + WP 4.0 Have you checked if the problem comes from the theme?

    Manuel ??

    Hi Manuel,

I couldn’t solve the issues easily. I tried everything. Updating the browser to discard java issues, changed themes, uninstall all plugins. The only solution I had was to reinstall WordPress and start again from zero.

If the issue reapers again I will let you know.

    Cheers,

    Daniel Rodriguez

I just bought Pix Gridder Pro and the same issue seems to be occuring with me, even after clearing the cache, js, etc… I am running WordPress 4.0, and Pix Gridder Pro version is 3.2.3.

There is no grid builder, and my pages are suddenly all single column….
I tried disabling the free version, and reenabling it but I get the same issue.

    Any thoughts?

*Moderator*, I am not sure why the post was doubled.

Update: the Gridder is doing its job on the final site, but in the dashboard it is not showing the “grid builder”. Actually the entire editor for the page entry is gone. When I disable pixgridder on the editing interface then the wordpress default editor options come back.

Let me check, I’ll let you know something ASAP

I don’t have any problem both with WP 3.9.2 and WP 4.0

First of all, if you have the problem with the Pro version only, maybe you only need to activate the default page template of your theme on “Pixgridder option panel -> Settings -> Select the post types and the template you want to apply the default settings to”.

If this doesn’t fix the problem or, however, the problem was with the free version too, please enter your page backend and provide a screenshot of the browser console or copy and paste the messages there: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/console

    Manuel ??

No rush, at least now my site appears fine on the outside. I can come back to it in a few hours. Thank you Manuel, its a great plug-in.

Hmm, it seems it is sort of working, it shows up here okay for the first two lines, and then the rest of the page it is single column. https://anon.ws/j2b

And heres’ a screenshot of the backend on the news page where the wordpress editor is not showing up.

** Sorry had to revise link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B260uBfKUFZNS0E2QTFGZG95cXM/edit?usp=sharing

Also note my pages are showing that there are “There is an autosave of this post that is more recent than the version below. View the autosave” But nothing was altered on these pages.

I’m not at my desk until monday, sorry. However, since the issue is with the Pro version, could you contact me from my profile page on ThemeForest and provide, if possible, the WP login details?

    Thanks. Manuel ??

Okay, thanks, I will see about that but probably also not till Monday.
    I appreciate your help.
