• We use this plugin on several websites without a glitch (thank you!), but in this particular website the pixels are not being fired randomly: https://snipboard.io/JXCYiU.jpg

There’s no relation with the payment method used or any other similarity between failing orders that we’ve been able to spot.

Any ideas on how to debug this?

    Hi @webdados,

There are a lot of possible reasons why this will occur.

    1. You may have a Cookie Banner active on your site. Your users might not be accepting the cookies. That’s why there are no conversions being tracked.

    2. The conversion you’re tracking might be sent to Google Ads. But yet, the WooCommerce Order didn’t come from an Ad Click.

We’d like to check this further so we can isolate the issue. Could you send us your site’s debug information? You can find it under Pixel Manager’s Support Tab – https://share.getcloudapp.com/8Lu0DOlA.

We’re looking forward to your reply.

    Regards,
    Kenneth

    Hi,

    1. We do have a cookie banner but it’s only informative, not blocking anything at all.

    2. We have other websites with the same plugin and all orders have the green checkmark, ads, or no ads. I’m guessing the green checkmark is to identify those orders to which the conversion was sent, doesn’t matter where the order originated.

How can I send you the debug information privately?

    Hi Marco

Under the support tab of the plugin, you will find information on how to send us the debug info privately.

    Kind regards
