Pixelated Images when entering lightbox

For some reason, Woo Lightbox is opening up the thumbnail sized image instead of a larger image. I’ve investigated the image name on both the presented image and the lightbox, and it’s the same 400x300px image.

Obviously this looks absolutely terrible, and is a complete breaker for me. I”m about to request my money back, which is unfortunate since this plugin seems to be the only one in existence that can do exactly what I’m looking for.

I’ve rebuilt all the woocommerce image thumbnails and used a few plugins to do so, not sure why I’m experiencing this problem. Any help is appreciated. I’m good enough to read and alter code if necessary and someone can point me in the right direction.
