But I’m using cloudflare and PixelYourSite PRO. Issue only started with 10.4.3.

Website admin causing 503 errors only the cached cloudflare pages work. all other pages lead to 503 errors could be related to cloudflare rocket loader. When checking the html code for the page when the plugin is loaded the closing html tags are missing vs when the plugin is deactivated

The WPRocket issue was a different thing, the plugin was hidden for their crawler that preloaded caches. This seems to be a different issue, but it’s not something I am able to replicate. We also use Cloudflare for all our website. Please share a link to the site with the problem, so we can take a look.

So it’s working fine now? If yes, please mark this one as completed.

The picture confirm that currency is present with the event that we send automatically.

Do you have other events manually configured inside the plugin? A possible explanation would be that there are such events that don’t have the currency parameter configured. Check on our plugin’s Events page.

Is there anything else that can send Meta API events? Another plugin, GTM, custom code?

Another plausible explanation is a Meta false positive.

    Apologies I missed your responses.

I did have manually configured events which the Meta advisor had me add even though I was trying to tell him there is woocommerce functionality. (I dont know if your response above was related to my query but I no longer have any events)

I find that I am able to get the site working if I clear avada caches before having the plugin activated. Although whenever i update any other plugin I need the site goes down until I

    • Disable pixelYourSite pro
    • Clear Avada Cache
    • Clear Cloud flare
    • Then re enable PixelYoursite pro

Took a lot of trial and error to realise that chain of events got the site back up. I had to try every single plugin one by one by renaming the plugin folder till I narrowed down the culprit

It looks like I’ve added an answer for a different topic here, sorry about that.

We can look into the cache issues, but since this is about the paid plugin, we are not suppose/allowed to offer support on this forum. Please contact us directly on the site, and mention this conversation. We will take it from there.
