Using the Pixel Helper extension, I accessed your site and headed to the category sections and found an error: https://d.pr/xOOS1b

Encoded Characters
The Encoded Characters error means that the Pixel Helper found what looks to be double-encoded characters. Possible causes include:

a tag or CMS system encoding already encoded this information. For example, encoding & into &amp;. Make sure that characters are not being encoded twice, for example, try changing & to &.

Regardless of the error, the category is wrong.

Compare the “broken” category name with the category you are actually visiting – and you’ll see they are different (unless you visit by chance the category that is always shown).

Moreover, I fixed the “&” error on a staging site, and the problem persists: the same category is always sent on a View Category event, regardless of the actually visited category.

What else can be the reason?

Hi @asafm7 – thanks for sending over those logs. There is a current issue where the Google Product Category ID takes precedence over the chosen product category.

Any chance you can send a screenshot of the ‘Product sync’ tab in your Facebook settings within WooCommerce? This specific issue seems to apply to the chosen categories on a single product, but it’s possible that expands beyond.
