Pixel shows 100% events ‘add to cart & vews’ but 0% for ‘purchase’?

  • So my facebook pixel under ‘catalogue’ then ‘events’ is showing 100% for ‘add to cart’ and ‘views’ from 13 September but for ‘purchase’ it’s saying 0% and last updated 28 August.

    In my mind, how can it be tracking for add to cart and views, but not purchases?

    Is anyone able to shed some light as copious amounts of googling has not given me an answer.

  • broken. use facebook-woocommerce plugin (if you’re using woocommerce) , or try PixelYourSite plugin, works miles better than the ‘official’…
