    My store, easinail.com, is using WooCommerce. I have set up the pixel, and I can see it in my WooCommerce dashboard, as shown in Picture 1.

    When I was testing the event by scanning the QR code with my TikTok app, it led me to my website, but the page appeared deformed, as shown in Picture 2.

    However, when I scan the QR code with my phone, the website displays correctly. But even after adding products to the cart, they don’t appear on the overview page, as shown in Picture 3.

    I tried to manually set up the pixel code from the WordPress dashboard, but there’s no theme header option available. My Appearance > Editor section looks like Picture 4.

    Can you please advise how to test the event and check if it was successful? Have I completed all the necessary settings? I have asked TIKTOK to help, but they replied they can not go to Woocommerce which is the 3rd Party to check.

    Could you please let me know how to set it up as next steps?

    Hi there,

    It sounds like we might be missing some key details here – Are you using a party plugin to create that pixel? If so, can you elaborate on the exact one (maybe it’s this: TikTok for WooCommerce)

    The reason I’m asking is that this forum is only focused on the core aspects of the WooCommerce plugin itself whereas the questions here sound like it’s linked more closely with another plugin. I’d like to make sure you’re getting expert help at the right place ??
