Pixel only shows on Chrome Pixel Helper when logged into WP Dashboard

    I’ve just bought Pro and uploaded it to my website.

    Chrome pixel helper shows a pixel on my site when I’m logged into my WP dashboard but when I’m logged out, it shows nothing in the helper.

    I have made certain that none of the boxes are checked under “Remove Pixel for”.

    I’ve tried it on my desktop and laptop and the same happens on both.

    Can you help of maybe confirm that Pixel Helper is only supposed to show pixels on my site when I’m logged into the dashboard please?

    Hi,

    If you have any cache on your website, delete it and try again.

    Just for anyone else’s info…

    I have W3 Total Cache Plugin and to clear this problem I went to Performance > Browser cache > Cleared the Cache and it works fine now on both the Desktop and Laptop…

    Excellent support, especially over the Christmas period, thanks very much.
