    Hi. With this plugin, I cannot connect my website to Facebook Pixel. Actually, everything was working, but the connection was suddenly lost. I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin several times but the problem persists.

    – I start installing the plugin; I enter pixel, catalog etc information, everything is completed, I get the answer that the installation is successful. But when I go back to pixel, nothing works.

    There is no information about the connection.

    What you need to know: My Facebook account is fully authorized on Pixel, 2FA is on, also this was working before.

    There is no information about the connection.

    I can’t see the screenshot, it seems that I need to login to see it.

    Could you please re-upload it via https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply?

    In addition to that, to resolve the above problem, please try the following steps:

    – Change your WordPress site language to English under WP Admin > Settings > General

    – Change your WooCommerce store currency to USD under WooCommerce > Settings > General
