Pixel not tracking?ALL purchases

    Hi team,
    I experience issue with pixel purchase event, see steps in order :
    1) Pixel was initially installed manually in website code
    2) Then plugin ??Facebook for WooCommerce?? was installed from ??wordpress library?? but I encountered error message “Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook!. Please try again”
    3) Then I tried ??Facebook for WooCommerce?? plugin from Facebook business manager, and configuration was a success
    4) From the 5th november, shop received 20 orders but pixel register only 4 purchases events !
    5) Pixel base code have been suppress from website code but event still register in random mode

    There is no other plugin use for pixel
    Actual plugin Version 2.1.4 | By Facebook

    On plugin dashboard, in Connection tab, the field ??Ad Manager account?? is not filled, there is just a dot “-”
    When I try “Facebook Event Setup tool”, the tool still loading in “All Events tab” and never give hand back.

    Do you have any idea ? or suggestion to help me ?
    I need to launch ads next week
