    Hello,

I can’t get the pixel to work at all on this website. It is correctly installed via pixelyoursite, with CAPI key and pixel id. Meta pixel helper on a browser with no other plugins says “No pixel found on tentes-attiki.gr” and events manager doesn’t do anything either. The event setup tool also gives me this error: A pixel wasn’t detected on this website. Check that the URL you entered is correct or use Test Events to make sure you have a pixel set up on this website. I disabled the caching plugin, which fixed google analytics but the pixel still won’t work.

    Any help is greatly appreciated

Edit: While I was writing this google analytics stopped working as well. The G- Tag shown by google tag assistant is not the one I put into pixelyoursite.

I am having the same issue here. When I put the Pixel ID in ThriveCart, it was showing up with no issue

The site mentioned by the person initiating this thread works as expected and I can’t replicate the issue described here. So you have another problem, one I can not guess without the site address. I can give you some general advice:

    1. Clear caches.
    2. If you use a consent plugin, agree to tracking.
    3. Don’t test with an excluded role (we have such options on the plugin’s main page).
    4. Don’t use an ad blocker.
    5. Check for JS errors in the browser console. They can break our tags.
    6. Such a problem can be related to a conflict with another plugin, or the theme. To find out, disable plugins one by one, and test your tags. Replace the theme with a default theme, and test your tags.

i ended up solving the issue on my own. It was a broken cookie consent plugin which blocked tracking even when consent was given. Deleting it and installing another one fixed the issue for me.

    Thanks for the update.
