    I’m trying to connect my WooCommerce store using the Facebook for Woocommerce plug in. I have a Facebook pixel already installed on my site using PixelYourSite and it is working fine. When I try to connect with Facebook for Woocommerce, however, I select the proper Facebook fan page for the business but the pixel I want does not populate. Only my personal pixel and one for another business. The plug-in does recognize that a pixel is already on the site because I get this error message “A pixel is already installed on this site. If you continue, you will replace the existing pixel with (the wrong) Pixel.”

    Please help. I have installed and reinstalled the plug-in 3 times already to no avail.

    Our plugin can only use personal ad account pixels at the moment. We expect this to be expanded to other types of pixels in a forthcoming release.

    Are you trying to use a personal ad account pixel right now or another kind of pixel?

    Thank you Julie! I was trying to connect my business’ pixel. Will I be able to update the pixel to my desired one when the new release comes out?

    What is the timing for the upcoming release? Maybe I should wait for that before proceeding?

    Hey @indooracres!

    You should be able to use the pixel you’d like in the forthcoming release, so I would definitely hold off on setting it up with a pixel you wouldn’t want to be using in the future.

    In terms of timing, I can’t quite say, but I know it’s in the testing phase. It’s a pretty substantial update so there’s a lot of eyes on it. It’s our top priority at the moment, so while I can’t say when, I can say we’re hoping it’s very soon.
