Pixel not active since update.

  • Hello, I’m contacting you because I’ve been using your free plugin for over 3 years and am very satisfied with it. However, since your last update, my pixel is no longer receiving data. I was therefore forced to deactivate it after trying to install version 9.5.3 without success. Pixel Helper tells me that there is no pixel on my site. However, if I deactivate your plugin, empty the cache and visit the site in private browsing mode, then Pixel is launched.

    Hi,

    I am sorry to hear about the problem. I can only give you some general advice:

    1. Clear caches.
    2. Make sure you agree to tracking. There is a consent plugin on the site that can block our scripts.
    3. Test without an ad blocker.
    4. Test in incognito mode (to make sure you don’t have an excluded role).
    5. As an additional step, check the site with the consent plugin OFF, to make sure it’s not the cause of the problem.

    If nothing helps, we need to actually investigate what’s going on. For this, please contact us directly on our site.

    Hello, I changed my consent plugin because this plugin: CookieYes – Cookie Banner for Cookie Consent (Easy to setup GDPR/CCPA Compliant Cookie Notice) was blocking the pixel on my site. So I installed this plugin: Complianz – GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent but it’s not listed in the plugins in the Consent tab of your plugin. Could you help me configure your plugin properly on our site ? That would be great. I’ve contacted you via your site but haven’t had a reply.
