Pixel has low event source match rate

    Hi,

    I have this message in Facebook business manager:
    “Pixel has low event source match rate
    Some content_ids sent from pixel fires by this pixel do not match any catalog associated to the pixel, This could be because your catalogs aren’t up to date, or because the item IDs in your catalogs don’t match the content_ids in your pixel”

    What is it and how can I solve that?

    apologize for the delay with my response!

    Please check that the catalog is configured well and in connection with the Pixel you are using on your website. Here a reference documentation page:?https://www.facebook.com/business/help/644889989181423?id=725943027795860

    Especially, check on your business manager that the catalog is creating properly, it has the product feed inside configured to fetch the products to the URL to the XML of your website (the one generated by Pixel Caffeine).

    Aso, please check that the pixels are firing properly by checking them with the Pixel Helper extension, navigating through your product pages, adding to cart, navigating to checkout, etc..

    Hi,

    I confirm that the catalog is well configured and in connection with the only Pixel that I am using on my website (Pixel ID 553546704997012).
    I also checked in the business manager and the catalog is creating properly with all the products and it fetches the URL to the XML generated by Pixel Cafeine.

    However, when I check my website (matcha-iro dot com) with the Pixel Helper Extension, it seems that there is no Pixel which is strange because when I look into the business manager I see that there are events from the pixel of my website everyday (and it also says that the pixel is working properly).

    Could you please check my website with the Pixel helper extension on your side and tell me if it seems to work when you look at it?
    If the pixel fires properly, what is then the source of my issue and how to solve it?
