    Hello!

I am a bit confused. We get errors pertaining to firing of mulitple events. We also see that Facebook logs double the number of conversions compared to Google Analytics.

    Error 1:

“Your pixel is reporting four or more Purchase events across different pages from a single person in one session. This could mean your pixel is incorrectly tracking Purchase events on pages where purchases can’t be made, which may impact event tracking and ad optimization and lead to overreporting of events.”

This is confusing, because I can only see 1 pixel in the helper. I can also see only 1 purchase event, and only on the thank you page. Refreshing the page is not triggering another event.

    Error 2:

We get the error that the same event_id is sent for ViewCategory-event.

I have no idea where to even start troubleshooting this issue, since I can’t see anything wrong in the Pixel helper and we have no other Facebook pixels installed.

It seems that the pixel is firing a browser event and a server event on every event. Facebook therefore deduplicates all the server events. Is that normal behavior of the plugin?

Another problem is that it desperately tries to sync products even though we have turned that feature off completely.

Additional info: If I go incognito and take note of the event ID, and refresh the page, I get the same event ID. If I wait for a few minutes and do it again, I get another one.
