Pixel Delay Not Working

    First of all thanks for providing this plugin for free. This is awesome!

    I’ve added it to my site and have it set up and everything is working except for the delay. I’m trying to delay the pixels whenever someone visits any page EXCEPT my optin confirmation page. For that page I want the pixel to fire instantly.

    Currently no matter what I try I can either only get the 30 second delay on all pages or none. I set this in the Advanced section of General Settings tab.

    If I add a new Event in the Conversions/Events tab and set the delay to 0 it still takes the global setting.

    Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

    Appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hi,

    I’ve just tried to replicate your case on my end and it works properly.
    I’ve set 30 seconds as delay in global options and then I’ve created a custom events setting 0 as delay (and not leaving it empty).

    If you did the same, please share some screenshots of the custom event you created and of the global setting just to make sure that the configuration is correct.

    Do you have a website URL where I can see the issue live? From the screenshot, everything seems to be configured well.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    The home page is https://whathype.com. This and all the blog posts are supposed to fire the Pixel after 30 seconds.

    The only page I don’t want the 30 second delay on is https://whathype.com/thankyou/

    Hi,

    sorry for the delayed response.

    I’m seeing only now and I see that in /thankyou/ page the ViewContent event is fired immediately without any delay. Have you already fixed? Otherwise, I don’t see any problem in your website.
