Pixel can’t detect purchase for COD payment

    Hi WPFunnels Team 

    I have a problem with my pixel, if client purchase through FPX payment my facebook pixel can detect the purchase, but if client purchase using COD cash on delivery method my facebook pixel can’t detect a purchase. I have test it in pixel test , tq page for COD payment only show page view and no purchase detect. 

    My website biovet.my?and not just this site, I have a few site that using wpfunnel have the same problem.

    I have tried to exclude cache from checkout page and tq page, but nothing happened. 
    I also deactivated a cache plugin but have the same problem.

    Hi @fathuddin , we’re sorry to know that you’re facing inconveniences regarding FB Pixel.

    We checked the scenario on our test environment and FB Pixel is tracking the purchase for COD payment.

    However, when we purchased from your funnel (using?[email protected]), the purchase event was not getting tracked.
