    Hi,

sorry for the delay on my response!

Please, try to reset your facebook connection data by following these steps:

    1. Go into your Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations, find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything);
    2. Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings
    3. Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page
    4. Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything)
    5. Make a new Facebook login and confirm all permissions

    Let me know, thanks.

Did try that. Still only thing it does is jumping back and telling me nothing but that I should connect to facebook in order to sync the catalouge.

    Hi,

please, try also to remove the Pixel Caffeine app from your business integrations on Facebook and re-do the previous steps.

    Let me know.

I have done exactly the steps you wrote me. Removing it from my facebook profile.

I did also try 2 different pixel caffein plugins from different shops and servers it’s not working. No connection can be established successfully.

    Integration was deleted.

I’m sorry for the double-check asking, it’s just to make sure.
It seems there is some conflict with something on your website and most probably it may be a conflict with a plugin, maybe cache plugins ones.

Please, try to deactivate all plugins and check the Pixel Caffeine admin page: if it will work without any problem, there is a plugin that created this issue, because it enqueues wrongly own JS/CSS assets in all WordPress dashboard.

If so, then activate all plugins back one by one, checking the pixel caffeine admin page, in order to discover which plugin created the issue.

You can do the same operation easily thanks to the Health Check tool if you want (already built-in in WordPress since 5.2)
