Pixel Caffeine plugin VS DIVI Theme + Woocommerce shortcodes
-
Hello,
I’m facing a very strange behaviour on my website.
I’ve de activated all plugins excepted one : Pixel caffeine which is a very convenient way to connect my website with facebook and I want to keep it.
I use DIVI from Elegant Theme for my website.When this plugin is activated with DIVI theme I can not edit any webpage that includes your DIVI shop module.
I have an error 500 page where I see an almost blank page, the content stop showing after a certain markup (<span data-content_category=”).
I’ve activated php erros logs and I found these lines:[19-Jun-2017 12:04:15 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'AEPC_Pixel_Scripts' not found in /home/urbanfragment/staging.frag-art.com/wp-content/plugins/pixel-caffeine/includes/supports/class-aepc-woocommerce-addon-support.php:292 Stack trace: #0 /home/urbanfragment/staging.frag-art.com/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(298): AEPC_Woocommerce_Addon_Support->add_content_category_meta('') #1 /home/urbanfragment/staging.frag-art.com/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(323): WP_Hook->apply_filters('', Array) #2 /home/urbanfragment/staging.frag-art.com/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home/urbanfragment/staging.frag-art.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/content-product.php(68): do_action('woocommerce_aft...') #4 /home/urbanfragment/staging.frag-art.com/wp-includes/template.php(690): require('/home/urbanfrag...') #5 /home/urbanfragment/staging.frag-art.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-core-functions.php(174): load_template('/home/urbanfrag...', false) #6 /home/urbanfragment/staging.frag-art.com/wp-content/plugi in /home/urbanfragment/staging.frag-art.com/wp-content/plugins/pixel-caffeine/includes/supports/class-aepc-woocommerce-addon-support.php on line 292
It’s very strange because :
– the page is loading perfectly on the front side
– it also works when I use the visual builder from Elegant Theme
It only crashes when I try to edit the page with the classic method from wordpress.
I didn’t notice such a behaviour with other shortcodes, it’s only with the DIVI shop module or with any official Woocommerce shortcodes displaying products.The page behaves correctly when the plugin is activated and turned off in the settings page.
It also works great with a classic theme from wordpress.
I’ve already contacted Elegant Theme support but they think that the problem comes from your plugin.May you help me?
thanks.
franck.
