Pixel Caffeine Not Tracking Conversions

    Pixel Caffeine is not tracking conversions in AdEspresso.

    I thought this bug got fixed?

    Am I missing something?

  • I’ve got the same for about 3 weeks.

    I’ve had to deactivate the plugin and install the tracking code in the header of my site but makes it annoying as I’m not tracking add to cart etc anymore.

    Can this be resolved please admin? Very frustrating.

    Hi,

    I’m really sorry for the problem and the frustrating, let’s try to find a solution.

    First of all, make sure the version of the plugin is the latest one 1.2.2. If not, please upgrade it because I made some important fixes that make the pixel working again in some cases.
    Moreover, could you please check your website with the Pixel Helper Chrome Extension and see if there is some error showing up?
