Pixel caffeine doesnt catch the add to cart event

  • When I installed the plugin on my wordpress, an error in my ad manager jumped where it tells me that it is not identifying when people do the add to cart.

    I already cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but the error remains

    Hi,

    could you please provide some screenshots of the error you have in ad manager? Also, could you please guide me where I can trigger the add to cart event from your website? I don’t see Pixel Caffeine installed on that website and I don’t find where to try to add to cart a product.

    Also, what theme are you using? Are there some code customizations for the WooCommerce features?

    Hi,

    sorry for the delay on this.
    I installed Astra theme and I’m not able to replicate the issue.

    I’m seeing now that your product seems to be a subscription. What plugin are you using to set up the subscription for the product? Maybe this can be the cause of the issue and I need to understand your configuration in order to replicate the issue and find a solution.
