Piwik says 117, plugin says 3149

  • So my plugins says 3149 hits on a post, while piwik (alternative to google analytics) only has 117..

    What happened?

    Could it possibly be, that it counts from facebook, everytime someone sees the shared post, but without actually clicking the link?
