Pirate Confirmation Email full of html

I’m on a Unix system, using WPress that it up to date as are all my plugins.

I’m using Hestia Theme and the Pirate Contact Form. Unfortunately, the email response that goes to the customer who sends me something is full of html tags (<br> <br>). How do I clean this up?

Here’s what it looks like:
