    This does not work:

    [post_radio choose_home publish post-type:homes value-field:title orderby:title order:DESC "%title%|%home_email%"]

    “choose_home” is the custom post type, “home_email” is a custom field (ACF) inside this custom post type. Am I do something wrong or is this not supported?

    How can I send the form to the custom field (home_email) of my custom post type?

    Hello ps3hero,
    both examples should work.

    Is your post type “choose_home” or “homes”?
    Which Version have you installed?
    Is the meta field assigned to the right post type in acf?
