Pipes

I have been reading this about Contact Form 7 and Pipes:

So, I am using:
[select* contact-sections “—|[email protected]” “Cat|[email protected]” “Dog|[email protected]” “Bird|[email protected]” “Fish|[email protected]”]

And in Additional Headers:
Bcc: [contact-sections]

I never get emails through to the Bcc ??

ALSO

Can I use the first part of the Pipe ‘Cat’ ‘Dog’ ‘Bird’ ‘Fish’ in the Mail part somehow?
So I can show the [contact-sections] but not it’s email being visible?
