The “Overall Health” of my Pinterest tag shows as Unhealthy. I’m receiving the below errors, however, I’ve tested my site with the Pinterest Tag Helper Chrome extension and everything is showing as fine. Any ideas to fix this?

Page Visit:We are detecting this event, but at least one parameter needs action.
–>Product ID:Too few of the Product IDs included in your Page Visit events match the Product IDs in your Catalog.

Add To Cart:Add an Add to Cart event that fires when someone adds a product to your cart.
–>Product ID: Make sure you are including Product IDs in your Add to Cart events. A Product ID can be any format that you choose as long as it matches the format used by your Catalog.

Checkout:Add a Checkout event that fires when someone successfully buys something on your site.
–>Product ID: Make sure you are including Product IDs in your Checkout events. A Product ID can be any format that you choose as long as it matches the format used by your Catalog.
–>Value: This should be the total value of the completed order, without commas, currency symbols. Tax or shipping should not be included. For example, if a user completes checkout for a 10 USD item and a 12 USD item, Value would be 22. Example values: 1000, 100.50, 10000.00.
–>Currency: If you choose to include Currency with your Checkout events, make sure you follow the ISO 4217 format. If left blank, this will default to your Pinterest billing currency. Example Values: USD, GBP, CAD, EUR`

Keep in mind that takes time to refres your health status on Pinterest side, if this still not helping please contact Pinterest Support and explain the situation.

I just explore your site and seems okm the only event you need to check is the Checkout one, you need to purchase a dummy order and check.

    Best,

I have been having the exact same issue for some time and after numerous talks with Pinterest I’m still in the same situation with no resolve. I’ve spent hours on this and pulling my hair out.
