I used a test Pinterest account to test this plugin and display a dummy feed. Now, I’m having difficulty updating that feed to a different one. I tried pressing the button to generate credentials using a different account, but the old feed continues to display. How can I update it? I did click the save all changes button.

    This is my shortcode:

    [fts_pinterest type=pins_from_user pinterest_name=MY_USER_NAME pins_count=6]

I’ve hidden the user name to protect the client.

I’ve also tried clearing both the feed cache and WP Fastest Cache.

    Hey @jordanwebdev,
Try Clearing the cache by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache when logged into your WordPress dashboard.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

I tried that. Unfortunately, no luck!

Also it’s worth noting your client will need to be the one clicking the button to the access token unless you have login creds to do it for them.

They did give me their login credentials. I logged in with their credentials. Unfortunately, still no luck after clearing the cache that way. It doesn’t work no matter what I enter in the pinterest_name parameter. It always stubbornly sticks to the original feed.

Hi again, I’m just wondering if there’s anything else I can try, as the suggested fixes have unfortunately not worked?

Can you please email us at slickremix @ support.com with the new pinterest name and access token for that account? I need this to do an a/b test, You can always reset the token after we test it out.

Email sent…I think you mixed up “slickremix” with “support”, because the first e-mail didn’t send, haha, so I forwarded it to support @ slickremix.com instead
