    Error :Google Product Category is missing from product metadata.

    Error: The Price field is malformed. Check that you are correctly sending a price of the form: <number> <currency>. Examples of valid prices include ‘1.00USD’ and ‘1.00 USD’. Do not include any currency symbols.

    Alert: Link may contain UTM parameters. Make sure the UTM parameters you are sending are set up for Pinterest.

    Alert: Duplicate products occur.

    So Please how to fix them in details

  • Hi muhammadzak,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    With regards to the Pinterest errors you are receiving:

    Currency: You need to put the currency in the suffix field instead of the prefix field on the field mapping page. Pinterest is really strict about this and requires the currency in the feed to show behind the price;

    UTM: You can ignore this alert. You can pick any UTM parameter you want.

    Duplicate products: When you have chosen to map the “g:id” field to the “Product ID” attribute on the field mapping page this really shouldn’t happen. Did you map it to the “Product ID” attribute?

    All the best,

    what about this error ” Error :Google Product Category is missing from product metadata” ?

    My USD Currency is already in sufix field

    It means you probably did not map your WooCommerce categories to the Google category taxonomy, or at least not for all your products.

    best,
    Eva
