    Hello,

how can I change the number style in the feed table from 35,00 to 35.00 for the prices.

Pinterest requires that and is showing 3500 Euro instead of 35,00 Euro.

    Kind regards
    Marc

  • Hi Marc,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Perhaps you can try creating a rule that finds and replaces , with .

    Something like this:

    Hope this helps?

    Hi,

    got the same problem.
And created this rule above. And manually refreshed the feed.
But there’s still the “,” instead the “.” in the XML.

    @supportadtribes
Could you just reproduce if you can change characters in the price-element?

    @marcrix
Did the rule worked for you?

    Thanks, Martin

    Hi Martin,

Alright, seems like it depends on your WooCommerce currency & localisation settings.

You could, alternatively, try to use this mapping for the price:

Could you give that a try?

    Hi there,

sorry for my delayed answer and thank you for your support.

Unfortunately the first solution is also not working for my Pinterest product feed.
When I set the price rule “,” find and replace “.” than the prices are still like this in my feed: 79,00 and not 79.00

When the prices are devided with commas like 79,00 in my feed, than Pinterest is showing the prices like this 7900,-

Is there a solution for that issue?

    Kind regards
    Marc

    Hi Marc,

Did you use this field mapping like we suggested?

    Hi there,

I have created a new feed and added the find + replace rule and EUR as prefix under field mapping but the product feed is not refreshing. It remains with 0%.

The existing feeds are also not refreshing after changes for some reason.

Can you help me with this issues?
I’m using the latest version of WP and your plugin.

    Kind regards

    Hi Marc,

Please do not use the find & replace rule. Use the alternative field mapping I showed in my previous replies.

When your feed is not refreshing it could mean there is an issue with your WP-cron. See: https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/

    Hope this helps?

    Hello again,

thank you for your fast answers.

Unfortunatelly the existing and new feeds are not refreshing anymore, but it worked weeks ago.
After I have created a new feed my screen in browser tab remains white.
Then I have to switch to another tab to get into the backend again.
When I go to the feed settings and try finally to generate the new feed it remains at 0%. So it is not possible to create a first batch.

For that reason I can not check your above mentioned solutions for my Pinterest Feed because feed changes are not processing or refreshing anymore.

I have also spoken with my provider and he told me, that the servers all support cron operations and the issue could maybe be caused by the numbers of products.

Do you have a solution for that issue?
    I would appreciate your support.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

actually i did not set to vivino but only added the currency as prefix.
After changing from “price” to “vivino price” it works very well.
    Thank you very much!

    Kind regards Marc
