Pinterest button not working

    I recently noticed that Pinterest button is not working properly on all my blog posts. When I click the share button from desktop browser, pop-up shows up but there’s no image for sharing. It’s just a blank rectangle. Same thing with mobile version. It jumps to Pinterest app but no image for sharing.

    I emailed Mediavine and I got a response saying that the email is for Pro version. Anyways, the rep said it’s working fine on her end…but it’s not working on my end. It says API is missing or something. I tried with 2 different internet connections and both did not work.
    Can someone help me with this issue?

    I tried with Safari on my tablet and my iPhone, and it does not work. However, when I used Chrome app from my tablet, it worked (but not able to select the images. Only what’s selected as feature image on my blog post)
    I use Chrome on my desktop but that didn’t work.

    Thanks so much for reaching out about this and for providing that URL. I took a look on my end and it looks like I’m able to pin correctly on desktop and mobile on my end. When I click the Pinterest button an image appears, and I am able to then pin that image to Pinterest.

    If possible, would you be able to provide the exact error message that you’re seeing and when you see it? For example, does it occur right after you click the Pinterest button, or does it occur when you attempt to pin the blank image to Pinterest?

    Additionally, just for awareness, we are aware of an issue on the base version of Grow Social where only the featured image is available to pin. We’re working on getting that fixed up in a future release for non-Pro users.
