    Double check the Pinterest Options page and see if your access token is showing a success message, if not click the button to get a new token and see if that helps.

    Yes it shows the message: “Your access token is working! Generate your shortcode on the Settings Page”. I regenerated the access token but it didn’t help.
    What’s the issue?

    I was able to replicate the problem on our end too. Keep you posted as soon as we figure out the issue. Sorry for the troubles.

    it seems that the issue has resolved itself, it may be an incompatibility with the w3c cache plugin.

    I’ll keep you updated if the issue returns.

    I’m having the exact same issue as the original poster, even down to the line number error – line 359

    Also when I go to the Settings for Pinterest, this message is displayed:

    “Oh No something’s wrong. Authorization failed.. Please try again, if you are still having troulbes please contact us on our Support Forum. Make sure to include screenshots of the browser page that may come up with any errors”

    I tried to do the access again, but get the same error. Please Advise

    @jtracy

    We are looking into an issue involving the Pinterest Boards (the Pinterest Feeds are unaffected). We will contact you as soon as we address the issue.

    Best regards,????

    Any progress on this? Our site now looks very unprofessional with this message displaying.

    Hi @jtracy,

    When this Pinterest issue first came up, we addressed the bug and contacted Pinterest. Then we didn’t hear from them for a few days. Then, without warning or much explanation, (and after our app has been problem/issue free for the past 6 years), we were informed that we needed to re-submit a new app. Our developers dug in and submitted a new app on March 04. We have been waiting for app approval ever since. Hopefully our Pinterest pins & feeds will be back very soon. Thank you for your patience.
