Pinterest Board Not Showing Up In Footer

I am attempting to add the Pinterest board to the footer of my client’s site. I’ve added the URL for his Pinterest account https://www.pinterest.com/Wisemanbuilders, and chose the custom board size, but have left the default values for now because the board does not show up, just the title. I have tried disabling and enabling the output of pinit.js in the Pinterest Widget settings, tried deactivating other plugins, but nothing works. I can’t switch themes because Divi is the only theme installed for this domain, and since the site is now live I don’t want to mess anything up. This is the only Pinterest plugin that is installed on the site.

Hi Rachel,

It looks like you’re pointing it to the client’s entire Pinterest account, not a specific board, such as https://www.pinterest.com/Wisemanbuilders/kitchens/.

Can you try that URL or one of another board and see if that works?

Going to close this support thread assuming this is resolved. If not please response and we’ll see if we can figure things out.
