Pinnacle Toolkit – Fatal error: Class 'TGM_Bulk_Installer' not found

    Hi everybody,

    suddenly I am getting an error when I try to install the Pinnacle Toolkit.
    The error message says: Fatal error: Class ‘TGM_Bulk_Installer’ not found in (…)/wp-content/themes/pinnacle/lib/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1576

    I already tried it with a complete new WordPress installation but I get the same error. Any ideas what’s the problem?

    Well that is strange, if that is the only error you can download the plugin by going to plugins > add new > search for virtue/pinnacle toolkit and install.

    But the error is strange. Have you tried removing the theme and reinstalling? I wonder if your missing a file.

    Thank you. The classic way for the installation worked. Now everything looks good.

    Removing the theme, I have also tried but after a new installation the error still came up.

    Hmm, I wonder if there is a plugin that is also using TGM_Bulk_Installer. Can you tell me what plugins you have installed?

    I tried it on a complete naked WordPress installation (version 4.1.1) without any plugins and the error occurred.

    ok, can you tell me what version of php you have? I’m trying to recreate the issue.

    I am using PHP 5.5.20. Do you need any further details?

    hmm ok, after doing some looking around this actually is a reported bug to TGM, seems that on some servers this can happen when using the checkbox to install instead of the hidden-till-hove install right under the title. Looking into a fix for future versions thanks for reporting!
