ping(ing) of ads/posts

    Hi,
    Just curious to know if the Custom posts for ads get pinged when they are created or edited?
    As standard I read that only posts do in WP, is this also true for custom ones such as ads in your plugin?

    Hi,

    Sorry, Ping requests happen when only Posts are published, and when published posts are edited. But it will not work for custom posts.
