Pingbacks not displaying

    I am having a problem displaying incoming pingbacks. My discussion settings are set to allow pingbacks and trackbacks. But having tested things, I find that pingbacks only display underneath my posts if there is a comment as well. Has anyone encountered this issue, and if so, is there a fix?
