Ping time offset seems to be wrong

My pings seem to be working, and my feeds are showing up where they are supposed to.
However they seem to be carrying my server’s time stamp instead of my local time even though my posts appear on my journal with the right time.
Examples include my.yahoo.com which always shows that my latest update was made ‘4 hours ago’. and https://www.livejournal.com/~adailyadventure which lags about 3 hours.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
