Pincode Checker Not Working

    Hi,

    I have enterprise account on shiprocket and I have integrated my woocommerce channel to my website and to integrate both I used shiprocket plugin but check pincode not working on website. Can you please guide me how can I fix this issue or it seems its bug of your plugin. please guide me to fix this issue.

    Please crosscheck the following points for the resolution:

1. Minimum one Pickup address should be added on the Shiprocket panel.
2. In Products weight (in KG) should be updated on WordPress.
3. In Products dimensions (in CM) should be updated on WordPress.
4. At the time of the plugin configuration Shiprocket’s register email id and mobile number have to be used on the Plugin settings page.

After updating the details if still facing any issue please drop an email on [email protected] or raise a ticket from the Shiprocket panel with all the details (register email id / Company id, store URL, channel name)
