• Pinclone Theme,

I purchased this theme with high hopes, I also payed the extra 15$ FOR CUSTOMIZATION? What is the customization offered? Who knows? I have emailed several times with no specific reply only a request for my c-panel login?? I would not purchase this theme if I were you as you will be as dissapointed in the support level as I am. It looks cheap only 39$ add in the extra’s and it quickly comes to 80+$ and then the support is non exsistent. There is no documentation other than a quick setup guide that leaves tons of questions unanswered and a bunch of frustration. If you buy this, do yourself a favor and have them install it for you as a seasoned webmaster this is crazy and service is very slow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THEME!!!

  • Hi.

As a Themesic client, I have to say that these guys do amazing work. Not really sure what went wrong on your case, but I also ordered a Basic Customization pack and they delivered the whole customization in 48 hours. My website look great. I guess that if you dont give them the details of your cPanel account, they cannot customize your website at all, haha.

No offence, but opening up a support thread for detraction while not including everything, is not right. The price and the possibilities of Pinclone are awesome. I always do a research when it comes to theme purchases and they had the better pricing by far, compared to other clones like Pintastic etc.

I needed their support department once I was in troubles after upgrading to WordPress 4.3 and they responded within 2 hours to my ticket, giving me directions and offering me a temporary fix until the next day, which they released a new version of the script, compatible with WordPress 4.3.

Im assuming that you are a competitor and this is made in purpose. This is the only logical explanation for blaming a support that has 2hours average turnaround time and a $39 script that does exactly what other scripts that cost $10000 do. Extras are extras. Nooned forced me to buy an extra and pay more dollars there. It was optional and I could have only paid $39.
