Pinboard Sidebar Issues

My left sidebar does not appear to be working. I went to customize –> widgets –> then I added what I wanted in the left sidebar, which was a menu, and instead of showing up in the left sidebar, it shows up in the right sidebar. Thinking it may just be a mixup, I added the menu to the right sidebar to see if it would display in the left sidebar. It did not, it displayed in the right sidebar. I need the left sidebar. Any suggestions??
