Pilot-fish where is home.php

I am using Pilot-fish and want to change the main image on the site. It says “you can edit this section from home.php on the Edit Panel”. Where is the edit panel and where is home.php?

I have created a child-theme and am stuck on what to do next. Here’s my site: https://www.dalyhealing.com.
