    If picu is not able to send emails, there is usually a problem with WordPress emails in general.

    Please follow the steps described here and let us know if any of this worked:

    after i tried to reset password, i received email for reset … so wordpress emails sends , ….. and those another steps are not my problem .. just 1.

    Ok, a few more questions that could help to find out what’s happening.

    1. I do understand, that all of your clients didn’t receive the emails, is this correct? Or did others receive the emails?
    2. Could you try approving a collection and are you getting the emails to yourself (there should be a confirmation email to the authors address)?
    3. Did you (and if possible your client) check if the mail landed in Spam?
    4. Do you have access to PHP error logs from your server?

    1- yes … noone gets emails
    2- i tried but not recieved any email with approved collection
    3- nothing in spam

    Ok. I would check the error logs, and see if there’s any errors just around or after the time an email should have been sent.

    Also, did you set another FROM email address in the picu settings? Could you try to set another one, using the domain you’re sending from?

    Hm, ok. Could you change the email address to something else like contact@mic… (instead of the no-reply)?

    Maybe you could also ask your hosting provider, if there are any special rules that could prevent those emails from getting sent?

    ok now i got it…. propably my fault …i had to create new email(no-reply@) at hosting provider (domena) and after that it works …. thanks for support ??

    Not your fault at all. Usually, a “no-reply” address indicates that clients shouldn’t reply to this address, which is why we use it as a default.

    I guess that some hosting providers block sending from a no-reply@ address, because it is often used to send spam.

    Instead of creating this mailbox just for picu, you could also change the FROM address in picu Settings to use an existing address, I think this should work as well!

    Great to know that it’s working now!
