    Hey,
there is a problem on my website: the images of blog posts are only shown in the preview, but no longer in the post itself. While troubleshooting by deactivating all plugins, the problem occurred when I activated this plugin again.
Can you please fix the problem?
I really like your calendar plugin.
    Best regards
    Jonas

    Hi @jonask5

Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

I tried replicating the issue on my end where Include events in main blog loop (Events > Settings > General) is checked/unchecked, but the posts featured image are showing as expected.

Could you provide a screenshot of the issue and the URL where we can check it further? I want to check it further on my end.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi @d0153!

thank you for the fast reaction. The issue appears for example on the following site: https://rmcb.net/aktuelles/rock-symphony-sommerkonzert-2024/

There is just this grey bar in the header, but there should be an image. When I deactivate the Events Calender Plugin, the image is shown, but when I activate it, there is just this grey header. I can’t really imagine a reason, because the blog-section is seperated from the events-section. Am I right?

I’m looking really forward to your help.

    Regards,
    Jonas

    Hi @jonask5 ,

Thank you for your message and the information.

I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything.

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

    Hi @tristan083,

I tested now with activating other plugins – it seems like there is a conflict between “Elementor” and “The Events Calendar”. I don’t know the reasons for the conflict, but the problem occured again after I activated “Elementor” additionally.

    Hi @jonask5 ,

Thank you for your message and for taking the time to do the conflict test.

There could be an error that’s that is thrown, which could be associated with the situation when you have both The Events Calendar and Elementor plugins activated at the same time. In that regard, I would recommend turning on WordPress’ debugging (see How to Enable Debugging in WordPress) to check such an error.

    Hi @d0153

I just deactivated the Elementor plugin and replaced the sites, I used it on, with normal Gutenberg-blocks – now the website is working again.
