Pictures in Newsletter need one minute to load

  • Hi there,

    i′m just trying your fancy plugin and i love it!
    But unfortunately do the pictures need at least one minute to be shown while viewing a newsletter-mail via pc.
    There are no pictures at all on the smartphone.

    I already tried this workaround: https://support.mailpoet.com/knowledgebase/images-dont-display-after-install-solution/
    no effect.

    What′s strange: When I set up a new newsletter, the grafics seem to be just fine. but viewing / editing the newsletter 3 or 4 times, the grafic issue appears.
    it′s irrelevant if i send test-mails to my self or just view the newsletter in the wordpress-backend: after 3 to 4 views the grafics need to load very very long.
    and no, i haven′t used big grafics (mine is 80 kb) – i′m talking about the social media icons as well.

    is there anything i can do to just get the grafics load real quick?

  • Hi,

    If the images are loading, but very slowly, the issue is probably with your web host. If there is a permissions issue, the images would not load at all.
