Pictures in a row?

  • My question seems very easy but i don’t know how to do it right.

    I want to make a gallery and on the first side there should be a list of pictures with the topic and when I click on the picture or topic I should come to a side where a wordpress gallery is with all that pictures of that Topic.

    But I don’t know how to make it work well. When I insert pictures with “align center” they are all below each other and i don’t know how to make it that they are one, two, three or four rows and it all looks good.

    Please can you help.

    PS: I tried to put in 3 pictures one with align-left one with align-right and one with align-center. It nearly works but there are some strange things i don’t like.
